How to eliminate Binge-Drinking

 The Tube Drinks Party was a fun idea, and it could and should have been a great night out for everybody. However, according to BBC New the party sparked Mayhem. Most people become outgoing, funny or even sleepy when they consume alcohol. However, some people become aggressive and pretty unpleasant to be around.

I propose that a person should be given points every time they cause criminal damage, assault other people or take up time in AE whilst under the influence of alcohol.

When a person has lets say 100 points on their record (i.e. a serial repeat offender), then they should be donated to hospitals for spare body parts. I guess their livers might not be in a re-useable condition, and sperm or eggs should under no circumstances be used in case it is nature and not nurture which causes their apparent intolerance to alcohol.

Essentially body harvesting as in some parts of China and elsewhere, with a logical feed in ? Yuck. I guess it would satisfy degenerates of both ends. Put them all in a field and let them fight it out. Thats what my late grandfather used to say in paramilitary-influenced Belfast. Of course if they were all smoking marijuana they'd undergo all those symptoms, but without the violence towards their surroundings.

You weren't thinking metaphorically in writing that were you ?
