I am passionate about people achieving their potential. As a serial entrepreneur contributing back to communities, my career has included many 'female firsts' roles as President, Chair or Non-Exec and Board member of leading organisations including a Regional Development Agency, a Local Strategic Partnership, Institute of Management, Chambers of Commerce as well as College Governor.
