A Lady who was a great gossip imagined she was sick and went to see her Doctor . Well Madam "he replied all you need is rest the lady was not happy with this and complained that the Doctor had not even asked to see her tongue,Oh,no Madam he answered I know without seeing it that it needs a rest too"
