So....I've been asked to cover 3 days at the same care home as last weekend, the soup was obviously what did it! It'll be interesting to see the ebb and flow over 3 days, like I said before its easy to throw stones on the basis of one shift, but over 3 I should get a clearer picture, I'll let you know.

Meantime I have a decision to make. The branded chain have come back with an offer (not as good as was indicated, but that's not too unusual) . Thing is, They were over 2 hours late for my second interview, then they cancelled the third interview on the morning it was due to happen (I had taken a half day at work in order to do it) and then they failed to make a telephone interview when they said they would. Everything in my body screams that these people are not interested in the people who work for them, but I want a full time job.....ARGHHHHHH. I'd love to hear what anyone thinks...
