This is a discussion area for all those interested in the genealogy of the Shellaker line based in Leicestershire in the C17.

The web link provided here points to a family tree linking several distant Shellakers to persons living today to whom you may be related and with whom you may wish to make contact.  Be warned, the tree is an 8MB PDF so you are very much advised to download it and open it in your preferred PDF viewer rather than clicking it and opening it in your web browser as this could be very slow and clunky.

Initially, it is suggested that you may wish to make contact by e-mailing the list address shellaker@googlegroups.com which is populated by a number of descendants of Shellakers who lived in Leicestershire around 150 ago.
