Boris and the Booze Ban

Pretty good start Boris. No howlers, well none bad enough to have reached front page news so far. And the first policy statement is to ban booze on public transport.

UK Domicile Status and Inheritance Tax

The Wisdom of Crowds phenomenon is demonstrated when you ask people to estimate the number of jellybeans in a jar. Their average estimate is usually quite close to the truth; indeed, the average guess is far better than the the vast majority of individual guesses - in other words, the collective is smarter than the average person within the collective.
