Google Alert Question

I have a profile in the Global Address Book but when I google myself, it does not come up. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Hi Merry

Just to let you know that you don’t have to do anything at all.

The reason you are not yet appearing in Google’s results is because Google has not indexed (recorded) your Profile page. We have found that this usually happens within 2-7 days of someone registering on our site.

Many apologies that this is not clearer on the website at the moment – we should be posting a series of FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) in a couple of weeks – in which topics like this one will be more fully explained.
