- Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) is a UK based NGO and campaigning organisation working towards the abolition of the international arms trade. Founded in 1974 by a broad coalition of peace groups, CAAT is united in opposition to the military and the growth of the private military industry. It is funded and managed by donations from individuals and organisations and provides the service of information, citizen activist resources and a non-violent protest ethic incorporating lobbying through parliament.

Their recent suit against the Serious Fraud Office to investigate the arms trade between BAE Systems (formerly British Aerospace) and the Saudi government is just another in a long list of heroic and historic achievements.
