The Aspire 9810 features include an extra-large 20.1" WSXGA+ wide-screen display, a powerful Intel Core Duo Processor, integrated webcam, superb NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 graphics and Bluetooth technology.

A mobile entertainment center, the Acer Aspire AS9810-6829, features an integrated digital and analog hybrid TV-tuner that allows you to watch traditional TV, recording TV shows, and capturing videos. The DVI-D port provides a pure digital video signal for connections to HDTVs or projectors.

This notebook also incorporates an HD DVD drive that's compatible with the new high-definition DVD disc format. The optical drive also incorporates a dual-layer, multi-format DVD/CD burner that enables you to store up to 8.5 GB of data on a DL disc.

It's powered by the 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor. It provides seamless wireless and wired communication--including ultra-fast Gigabit Ethernet as well as 802.11a/b/g networking and Bluetooth connectivity--and an integrated 1.3-megapixel Acer OrbiCam positioned on top of the LCD panel with 30 degrees of viewing flexibility. Other hardware features include 320 GB storage capacity (from dual 160 GB hard drives), 2 GB of installed RAM, an integrated Nvidia GeForce 7600 video/graphics card with 256 MB of video RAM, a wide variety of peripheral connectivity options, multi-format memory card reader, remote control, and Bluetooth VoIP phone.

This laptop also comes preinstalled with Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate, which combines all the features of Windows Vista Premium and Vista Business as well as adds extras such as multi-language packs and Secure Online Key Backup.

• Processor: The Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor has a 2.0 GHz processor speed, fast 667 MHz front-side bus (FSB), and a large 4 MB L2 cache. (An L2, or secondary, cache temporarily stores data; and a larger L2 cache can help speed up your system's performance. The Intel Core 2 Duo processor has two computational execution cores in a single processor, providing greater system response when running separate applications simultaneously.

Hard Drive: The dual 160 GB Serial ATA (SATA) hard drives (for 320 GB total) feature a top speed of 5400 RPM, annd offer offer the ability to store large quantities of data like music and video files.

Memory: The 2 GB of installed RAM (PC5300, DDR2 SDRAM, 2 x 1024 MB) offers a top-of-class 667 MHz speed, and it can be expended to a 4 GB maximum capacity.

DVD/CD Drive: This Acer notebook features an integrated PRO/Wireless 3945ABG wireless LAN that's compatible with 802.11b/g networks (commonly found in home routers and wi-fi hotspots) as well as 802.11a networks (which has a higher throughput, but more limited range--great for closed office environments). It also offers Acer's SignalUp technology for enhanced antenna efficiency. The integrated Bluetooth 2.0 wireless connectivity makes it easy to synchronize and transfer data between your PC and your PDA or cell phone, connecting to Bluetooth-enabled printers, make calls using VoIP programs with a Bluetooth headset, and more. The one-click Acer Video Conference solution sets you up for face-to-face instant communication via the 1.3-megapixel high-resolution Acer OrbiCam. Voice and Video over Internet Protocol (VVoIP) features the Acer Bluetooth VoIP phone with echo cancellation and noise suppression for clear conversation with your friends and family. It also includes a next-generation ExpressCard 54 card slot (in addition to a standard PCMCIA slot), which lets you take advantage of thinner, faster, and lighter expansion cards for even more advanced wireless, networking, storage, and security features. You get a good offering of options for multimedia connectivity (including FireWire):
