I am a full-time, tenured sociology professor with a Ph.D. in sociology and history; an M.A. in sociology; an A.B.J. in magazine journalism, sociology, and English; and an A.A. in English. My specializations, as a sociologist, are in religious studies, social theory, clinical sociology, and public sociology. My theoretical orientation is a new (or postmodern) critical social theory (a type of neo-Marxism). I am also an Autist (and an Autistic activist), a radical historian, and an advocacy journalist.
