Will Stabler has been involved in wholesaling / retailing for over twenty five years. He has experience in both high end and the mass market that includes all distribution channels. His perspective has been forged from myriad positions- merchandising, marketing, advertising, sales, operations, manufacturing, sourcing and buying. He has start up, turn around and work out experience at both wholesale and retail that is augmented by experiences in the capital markets. He is proficient with trade, general and the financial press and comfortable working with diverse boards. Mr. Stabler has expertise in multinational ecommerce / direct fulfillment -multichannel / cross channel retailers and has administered businesses approaching a billion dollars with significant P&L responsibility. He has both domestic and global familiarity. His concentration is in the luxury accessory space but, he possesses extensive experience in many other areas from apparel to gourmet foods and wines+ spirits. As a merchant, he has sourced product throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe developing financially successful vertically integrated manufacturing operations across multiple continents. He has many times shepherded new products from conceptualization to delivery. As a marketer, he has created full multimedia marketing campaigns inclusive of total brand development resulting in sustainable market expanding strategies delivered across multiple platforms. As an operator or division head, he has created and implemented programs, policies and procedures that have positively affected core culture, employee recruitment, retention, training and development. Empowering and mentoring his teams is the skill he is the most proud of-repeatedly building highly cohesive and effective business units. His experience has been real-world and hands-on running P&L's for businesses and units ranging from start-ups to established multinationals through practiced analytical / operating skill sets.
