Philipp Masefield, lic.oec.HSG, PMP – a project manager experienced in leading cross-functional business projects with strong Information Technology (IT) aspects, both in medium-sized enterprises and in global corporations.
As a consultant, Philipp Masefield has advised a range of companies on Human Resource (HR) processes along the employee life cycle, on HR-IT systems implementations, and on the development of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. His consulting experience also spans Knowledge Management (KM), with a focus on knowledge retention and transfer (KR&T) strategy, and organizational deployment of KM-platforms. As a facilitator and trainer in a general management program, Philipp Masefield has worked with more than 150 first and mid-level managers internationally.
With dual citizenship, speaking five languages at least at a conversational level, and having run projects in 13 countries so far (in addition to having traveled to almost 40 countries), Philipp Masefield is ideally suited for projects of an international, multicultural nature.
Philipp Masefield has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of St.Gallen. As a Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential holder since 2008, Philipp Masefield is author of a peer-reviewed article “Managing At-Risk Knowledge Adds Value”, published 2010 by the Project Management Institute in the PMI Virtual Library (www.pmi.org).
