About Me

I have over 20 years experience in youth work, performance and delivering training. My aim is to use creative solutions to encourage social change which leads toward better disability equality and inclusive practice. I provide non-prescriptive programmes of learning based upon a critically reflective model of learning. I belive in learning which is both liberating & transformative. I have worked in most types of media including tv, radio, online & performing arts. My style of delivery is about encouraging learners (including myself within that) to engage in dialogue & critically reflect upon their values & beliefs in order to bring about transformation in attitude and understanding. Specialties: Disability Equality, Inclusive, Youth Work, formal and informal learning, Independent Living, Music & Performing Arts, Publications include "So What Is Inclusion" & "It's My Money". Developed and delivered accredited programmes in Disability Equality & Independent Living. I have also performed, delivered training and worked in the USA, Estonia, Poland, Greece, Russia, France, Germany & of course Ireland and all over the UK.
