As a child growing up on a farm in Long Island to living in New York City Ann has become a respected financial consultant among the NYC hospitality industry. She began her consulting firm “Van Dyke Consulting” over a decade ago specializing in hospitality. She’s an accountant by trade and has been CFO, Controller and Consultant to some of New York’s leading nightlife venue. Her portfolio includes One 51, Vue, Taj, Suede, Home, Guest House, Mr. West, Cain Leisure, Cain at the Cove Atlantis, Gold Bar, Surf Lodge, The Gates, Johnny Utah’s, Citrine, The Yard, Red Velvet, Bar 29, Foundation and The Griffin. Her attention has always been to create a strong “back of the house” in order for the venue’s to operate profitable. She has trained managers and staff to run the front of the house with an emphasis on knowing how to merge PR and Marketing to create a successful establishment.
