As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of two public companies, Bill Roeschlein led all accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, tax and compliance functions. At Power Integrations, Bill drove key project initiatives within its investor relations, business development and operations teams with decision support, financial modeling, and accounting implications of M&A transactions. At Selectica, Inc., Bill successfully transitioned its business model from a enterprise sales model to a Software as a Service model (SaaS). Bill also lived and worked in Japan as an expatriate finance director and assistant corporate controller at Asyst Technologies, where he completed an equity and debt offering. Bill holds a B.A. with honors from UCLA and an MBA from Cornell University. He is also an active-status California CPA.
