Dr Richard Agnew is the managing director of Business Assurance Australia and has extensive experience and is well credentialed across an array of business and organisational services at the senior executive level. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in professional advisory roles. This experience includes wide-ranging expertise gained in Aurecon, Deloittes Touche Tohmatsu, PricewaterhouseCoopers running their Risk Management practices in Canberra respectively; the Australian Customs Service, from working within the Australian Intelligence Community, the Office of National Assessments, the Australian National University’s Strategic and Defence Studies Centre and officer and pilot training with the Royal Australian Air Force. Richard’s primary specialities are in the area of risk management, corporate governance, strategic planning and organisational performance directed at the improvement of business and organisational efficiencies and outcomes. A key strength to his approach is his ability to listen and quickly appreciate key issues whilst working with the client in delivering effective strategies and outcomes for the organisation. Richard is approachable and engaging with client personnel at all levels and is a demonstrated executive leader with sound presentation skills.
