I lost touch with Vincent about 38 years ago, at the time I lived in Bexley Vincent wa a directeur for Sciara - Address; 53 Avenue Souidani, Boudgemaa, Algers (Road planning and designs?) He had a colleague called Michel. Vincent would now be in his mid 70's to late 70's. We met at Anina Spitzer in Picadilly in 1971 and dined at the Barracuda restaurant. Once stayed in the Grand Hotel, Des etats-unis, 16 Rue de Antin, Avenue de L'opera, Paris.
