The person looking for Andrew Palmer is his son, Abel Palmer, his father would be between 50 to 60 years old, he was in the marines or army in hong kong in 1982, he joined the hongkong police after being in the milatary.
Abel was born on the 24th June 1982, his mothers name is Yau yim Lai
Abel is not sure if his father returned to England?
