he is my real dad i am searching for him...my biological mothers name is sheila ann neal...she gave me the info on him...all i know of him is he had me at 16...when i was in foster home he signed custody papers but the couldnt locate him to sign the adoption papers...the rest i know bout him is he was a mess of trouble with the cops and he lived in michigan for awhile and heard he went to tennessee but later heard he moved back to michigan...i need to find him but everything i get on i gotta pay money and im only 16 and dont have a credit card...im doing this on my own...nobodyll help me...
