I am trying to find my younger brother who was born in St Albans in 1946 or thereabouts. Our family was split up when Richard was very young and my brother David and I were sent to a kids home in Watford. Our sister Janet went to a kids home in St Albans but I never found out what happened to little brother Richard. There is a rumour that he was fostered to a family that ran a pub in Hemel Hempstead but I don't know how true that is. I heard from an aunt that our mother wouldn't let him be adopted but again I don't know how true that is.
If anybody has any clue as to the whereabouts of Richard we would be very grateful of any snippet of information.
